Discuss the myths of Theseus and Pyramus/Thisbe, as well as introducing the projects and essay topics for A Midsummer Night's Dream. Please select your top three essay topics and be prepared to report on what they are tomorrow.
Wednesday: Report your three topic choices for essays at www.tinyurl.com/amndessaytopics. We will determine each essay topic owner in class. Begin brainstorming for the essay by identifying three events or quotes which will form the basis of your argument.

Work for fifteen minutes on thesis statements, which are due tomorrow at www.tinyurl.com/amndthesis. Begin watching the 1960s version of A Midsummer Night's Dream and gathering quotes for use in the paper.
